If your SENCo is new to post  I can help. 

I can offer advice or practical support to SENCos in setting up systems and processes or ensuring they are compliant with the Code of Practice. 

If your school has struggled to recruit a SENCo and someone in school has taken on the role without much time to devote to it, I can support with specific elements. For example, writing EHCP applications, observing children and giving feedback, or carrying out assessments.
